NBR: Etsy shop ?

I have bought from etsy loads of times and have not had this happen.

I purchased something on the 16th and paid for it right away. I did not here anything and so on the 19th I just dropped a quick email to see when they thought it might ship. I still have not heard anything at all. I just wrote another email.

 My dh thinks I need to relax since I wrote on Friday and it was the weekend etc.  But to me it does not matter that I only wrote on the 19th--I bought it on the 16th which is almost a week ago.

 How long do you wait before you getting really uptight and start thinking about disputing the charge?? The person has 100% postive feedback but to me a week is way to long for me not to hear anything at all.

    Since it's the summer, they may be on vacation.  Normally I would be getting nervous if I hadn't had a response within a week.  Maybe wait another couple of days.

    I'd check the seller's page to see if she's on vacation or made a note about things taking longer etc.

    i actually had a similar experience with the collars we just bought. i know that they're custom made but I started getting worried since I hadn't heard from the seller since i had paid but then got a shipping notification :-) i'd give it a few more days!

    I checked her main page and did not see a note, I checked the reviews for dates and they were w/ in the last week.

     I re-read the auto receipt. Nothing about being out of town or delayed shipping. I ordered a camera strap for my new camera and I am shooting two weddings this weekend so I wanted the more comfy straps since I have two camera hanging off my neck all day long.

    I love how they are extra long--that way I can carry one camera cross my chest and the other one w/ the shorter trap on my shoulder and it works out great.
