Sony Baby Call Monitor-900MHZ

Hi Ladies, I'm stopping by from the 2nd trimester post for some advice.  I was wondering if anyone uses the Sony Baby Call Monitor.  I just bought one from Babies R Us based on the recommendations of Baby Bargains.  The woman at the checkout said this one is typically returned if you have either an alarm system or wireless internet.  I was a little surprised because of all the good things I've read about it.  I would also think that Sony would work out the kinks regarding alarm systems and wireless as neither are rare.  If anyone has comments on the monitor I would love to hear them.  We did keep the receipt just in case enough people said they had problems.

    We have this monitor and love it.  We also have wireless internet in our home.  It picks up everything...I can even hear her breathing...which I love.

    I have it and love it!  It's so sensitive that I can hear cars driving by when her windows are opened and it is placed pretty far from the street.

    we have wireless internet and havent had any problems with the monitor yet...

    It works good and picks everything up however, the battery sucks.  As long as you have it charging all the time it's fine though.

    You may already know this, but BRU alots you a very limited amount of days to return/exchange electronics...maybe 30-45 days.  If you're worried, it may be better to return this one and purchase it after the baby is born.
