Oops at House Warming party..

 Had a big house warming party on saturday for all the family to meet each other and see our new place. Well I was super busy prepping food and introducing everyone that I kept putting my drink down and forgetting which one was mine. Well I had made a big jug of lemonade for everyone but someone brought white wine. My boyfriends mother had mixed her white wine with lemonade and I had picked up her glass and almost drank the whole thing before she told me it was hers! It didnt taste like wine at all so Im sure there wasnt that much. Ooops!

No need to flame, I know a small amount wont do anything and is probably fine - just sharing

    I never understood why people will put alcohol in a drink and then set it down somewhere.  I saw a kid almost pick up a screwdriver, thinking it was their orange juice!  Don't feel bad - I still have the occasional glass of wine, and I do it on purpose!

    Lol...I ordered a virgin bloody mary at breakfast with the girls around easter. It was so yummy that I ordered another when I was done. Well a nice sized sip later...You guessed it, full of vodka. I was so not expecting it that I started coughing. I think the waitress was more upset than I was. Needless to say we got all our drinks comped.

    Thats too funny :)  I've been contemplating a glass of wine myself for weeks but haven't felt much up to it.  A drink sounds fantastic to me though, something fruity!  Soon enough :)

    I know what you mean! When I was quite young I picked up someones wine thinking it was grape juice and took a big chug - I spat it out everywhere lol red white doesnt taste that great to a 6 year old! I guess I should invest in those little rings or jewels that go on wine glasses so you know who's is who's...

    You would think people would know better with a pregnant woman in the house.  Wine and lemonade?  Never had it but I can't imagine it would be too good.
     

    I wouldn't worry too much about it..... I am sure it will be fine.

    Bartenders seem to get soo mixed up if you order virgin drinks for some reason! I was at a wedding in April and asked the bartender for a cran/sprite and lime - no vodka. He mixed me a sprite/clamato/lime - I took a big sip and almost yacked it was GROSS as you can imagine..

    I drank a small glass of wine a couple of times in my 2nd trimester. DH and I were at a wedding Sat and he had the bartender pour me about 3 oz of a nice Zinfandel. I had a sip and thought it tasted like vinegar. Hubby said it was really good, so I'm guessing that I've just lost my taste for wine now!
    Um, yeah. The Bump be too crazy for pics of my kid.
