I won't even bother trying to explain the massive amount of annoyance I feel towards my SIL. I like to think of every woman experiences pregnancy differently, but she seems to think that everything is comparable.

So, in my little vent this morning I will lay the groundwork. I hosted a Father's Day party and after the delicious steak dinner I made the joke that it looked like I had eaten 3 meals instead of one...... <insert chuckles from relatives> ...SIL felt the need to add:

"I'm sorry, but I was never as big as you when I was 7 months pregnant."

Riiiight. Thank you for that.

This is exactly how I feel and I HATE IT when people try to compare what they went through or how they looked while pg to me. It is just plain stupid and ignorant!

I know how you feel. SIL informed my facebook that she's only gained 5 lbs after a comment my sister left on a pic saying that I'm looking pretty good (SIL's due two weeks before me). I've obviously gained more than that.

I left it just so others would think "wow, what a douche."

It must of been the weekend for annoying SIL's. I had two this weekend that were really annoying! DH's sister kept YELLING into my belly "Don't come out this weekend, wait until next Monday when I am back in town!". Um, it's 100 degrees here, and I am ready for her to come now.....she (or I) do not care if you are out of town. Maybe you shouldn't of planned a vacation a week before my due date. Luckily, she hasn't had kids yet or she would be saying stupid stuff like that too!!!
