Wow...just wow....

So we went over to my DH's dad & gramma's house for a few hours and it was a complete nightmare. First his dad seemed very ungrateful for the gift we got him and he kind of had this attitude. The worst part is that his gramma somehow got into politics and had the audacity to compare our President to Hitler....Great...No words...I just hung my head. Thankfully my FIL and my DH set her straight....Indifferent

    She compared our current President to Hitler? I don't see it, but ok. And his dad should have been happy to get a gift! Sorry you had such a crappy day.

    Oh that sounds familiar. MIL just sent me an email that compared Obama to Hitler. I still can't believe it.

    And as far as presents, that is why we only do Christmas presents and it is never something we put a lot of time or thought into because they don't appreciate it. So they get the same generic crap that they get every year basically!

    I'll see your MIL and Grandma comparing our President to Hitler and raise you my 7 yr old nephew saying "Obama is the next Hitler!"  He is homschooled and zero interaction w/ other children and only knows what my brother and SIL teach him.  Remember the movie "Mean Girls" where they are talking about homeschool children and a group of boys say something about God and Dinosaurs?  Thats my nephew.

    I know that not all homeschoolers are like that, but my nephew is.
