Has anyone done a spin class before?

I am trying to think of ways to lose the baby weight and thought I would try a spin class. I heard they are pretty intense?

They are great, but my butt hurt from the seat. Take a cushion.

yes! They are really fun and intense. You'll burn a ton of calories.

it's great - and adjustable, you can cycle without added resistance if it's asking too much of you.

I think they're intense. But the worst part for me was how badly my butt hurt from the seat. Luckily, after a few classes, your butt no longer hurts. I love my spin class now.
