Bulk head seating ...

So I was able to request bulk head seating for the 2nd of my two flights tomorrow.  There was something wrong with the 1st flight and the guy told me to request it when we checked in.

Question - if I can't get bulk head tomorrow ... what is going to be my next best bet?  Back of the plane to piss off the least amount of people?  Front of the plane for ease of getting on/off?  Window?  Aisle?  There are 4 adults and the mouse flying tomorrow.

TIA  :)

  • I'd think front for ease getting on/off, but I've never flown with a LO.

  • I always ask to be way in the very back and in a window seat. This way I am the first on (if they don't let kids on first) and the last to get off. It always takes me forever to get everything together and I hate when people wait for me or think they have to help. The other good thing is that every time I have gotten off last my stroller hasn't even been up from the gate check yet. I don't want to stand there longer than I have to. You'll wait either way usually though.

And yes, it is usually the least crowded in the back and the attendant in the back will be right there if you need them. Also, when I am getting my gc tag I casually ask if there are any empty rows because I need to bf. They have always been really accomidating for me. That is just my experience.

  • We flew when Jack was 3 months and we sat in the middle of the plain (kind of) and in window & middle seats & he did great. I think this next time (in 3 weeks) we are sitting towards the back & when I booked we had window & middle and so far no one wa son the end.

  • Back row, window seat. :) (unless its a small plane... Rylee did not like the back of that plane, far to loud -she actually covered her ears!)
