A shittton... or so it seems. I'd estimate a few dozen pairs, and all of them were gifts! I think I've got enough to put on her hands and feet, and change them at least 4-5 times a day without having to wash them for several days!
Currently like 8. I had a shower last weekend and got them as gifts. I assume more are coming at the other shower I'm having in August.
How many can they really need? They don't really puke or poop out their feet?
I said this same thing to my mom and she brought up a good point. Babies tend to lose socks constantly so you'll inevitably end up with mismatched pairs of socks. It's better to have a bunch so if one gets lost, it's not a big deal.
Lots, but different sizes though at least. We received a lot at our shower and then I received some hand me down clothes with a lot of socks burried in there.
Re: how many baby socks?
43!!!
And yes, I realize that this is outrageous. And no, I didn't buy any of them.

Anytime DH and I are looking at baby stuff, we seem to buy socks. It's a strange phenomenon I haven't figured out just yet.
Aside from the fact that they're just so damn cute.
You'll be surprised what ends up on baby socks haha
I have 6 pairs right now, and a few bootie type things. Only 3 in 0-3mths so I might need to get some more.
