Going away tomorrow night and nervous....

I am going to Philly tomorrow night for a bachelorette party and am so excited and so nervous at the same time.  Nervous for several reasons:

1) the babies have a cold

2) Dh will have them by himself... the longest he has had them by himself is like 3 hours... MIL will help out some

3) I don't even know if I can "hang" anymore... I haven't drank in soooo long.

I feel so old...

    I think that #3 is the only valid concern. DH will be fine - he'll figure out what to do. It might not be done the same way you do things, but he'll be fine...even with the colds.

    Have fun! I know I'd be nervous too, but only about #3. I'm happy to have a drink, but I still get pretty grumpy if I'm not in bed by 10:00!

    I hope you can go and have a good time!  We're going back and forth about going to a wedding in July.  It would be the 1st time leaving Ethan overnight and I'm not sure I'm ready for that yet, especially since we're in the midst of 'sleep training'.

    I would be nervous also, but at some point we just have to trust our DH's.  Easier said than done, I know.... I still havent left Connor with DH overnight, but is going to happen next week.  Like Rachel said, they may not do things our way, but they will get it all done :)
