I have to say I'm really jealous of you right now. I'm totally craving the corn nuggets at niffers and I can't go get them. You could. J.e.a.l.o.u.s.

Oh my...how to describe the wonderfulness of Niffers??? Niffers is a restaurant in Auburn...FABULOUS food!! One of their appetizers is the corn nuggets. It's basically corn that has been fried into a nugget. I've had some here locally (Bham) and they were no where near as good!!
I am guessing the only Niffers is in Auburn??

Auburn was my second home while DH and I were long distancing it for year and half (I was in school at Bama). I miss the ol plains sometimes and the awesome food down there!!!!

I wouldn't go that far...I may have a fondness for the plains but I will always bleed crimson and white!!
