Diaper rash Q - should I let her sleep?

in Babies: 9 - 12 Months
DD has a bad diaper rash and mild diarhea. ..  should I wake her up over night to change her diaper?  I don't want it to get worse, but I also want her to sleep.  Should I just trust that she'll wake me up if she needs a change?

    If you normally don't get her up to change her diaper and if you loaded on the diaper cream before bed then I personally would leave her be unless she wakes up during the night.  Then I would just give it plenty of air time tomorrow.

    I had the same dilemma a couple weeks ago. We ended up waking her up, which I think helped the rash heal quicker.
