XP: SAHM Babysitting?

Are there any SAHMs on this board that watch another little one during the week? I am really interested in trying this, I was a Nanny for years for twins before my DD was born, but I am really confused about the legality of it.

I have CPR Certification and I am getting my home?licensed?as a daycare even though I am only interested in watching one child. (I thought that would cover any legal issues)?

But every time I??post on Craigslist advertising this, my listing is flagged?prohibited! Am I missing something? I am so embarrassed that I am trying to offer this type of service and I can't figure out what I am doing wrong. I want to do this 100% the right way. Any advice is greatly appreciated!?

    Hi! I'm sorry I do not know the answer to your question but I was wondering where in Annapolis you are and how much you would be charging. I will be looking for someone to watch my LO but it will not be unitl October

    Sounds like it may be a CL issue - something in your post is causing it to be flagged?  (I found my sitter, who is doing the same thing as you, in Annapolis too, through CL - no problems then.)
