NBR: Buying a home ?

I'm trying to get a good range of opinions here so I posted this on EFF and BAH as well.

Does a home's "green-ness" influence its appeal to you? If you were buying and two homes had everything you were looking for and had more eco-friendly updates, would it affect your decision?

Are green qualities marketable -- as in, if you were selling, would you highlight the green upgrades such as low-flow shower heads and faucets, bamboo flooring, EE appliances, and CFLs?

    Frankly, I think this is a regional thing.  If "going green" is a big deal in your area, then some people may pay a premium for a greener home.  If it's not a big deal where you live, most people would think "oh, that's nice" but wouldn't pay extra for those features.
