  I'm so, so sorry for your loss.  I understand the pain of what you're going through.  Hang in there.  After my miscarriage, I actually got pregnant after my first AF.  Apparently, women who miscarry are very fertile afterwards, so I know you'll be back in no time.

  A lot of years and a million tears finally led me to you.
  After 7 years trying to concieve, 3 failed IUIs and 2 failed IVFs, my third IVF was a success!
  My Christmas baby turned into a turkey bird! Dillon Richard was born at 34 weeks, 5 days on November 28, 2009 after 10 weeks on bedrest for preeclampsia.

  I am so sorry for your loss. LIke a PP said, I got pg (with this one) right after an early m/c. My dr said that it happens all the time and that you are actually more fertile after a m/c. I will be keeping you in my thoughts and hope to see you back here soon!
