DH and I rarely call each other by our first names. When we do, it feels weird. :P We don't call each other "honey" or "sweetie" either. We have a nickname we call each other and that's become the norm for us.

TTC #2, Operative hysteroscopy March 2011; IVF #1 long lupron protocol April 2011-cancelled due to poor response; IVF #2 flare protocol May 2011=hospitalization due to abdominal hemorrhage during ER and no fert due to MFI issues. Moving onto international adoption from Moldova January 2013!
Hmm...I've never really thought about it. I would say he calls me by my first name 50% of the time - the other times he'll usually call me "sweetie." I call him by his first name about 75% of the time.
so funny- I never thought about it but its true 90% of time, I call him by his nickname. the 10% he is called by his first name only when he pisses me off.
I usually call him Babe or Baby.?He used to call me Babe and Baby, too, but it has now morphed to, most often, Bubs and Bubby. But also: Bubsy, Boobs and Boober. He will call me these things even in front of his parents.
We very rarely use each others' names.?

I am actually embarrassed, but we call each other "Baby" or "Babe." Occasionally he'll throw in a "sweetie," but it's mostly the above.
I hated it when he started doing it, but it rolls over the tongue too easily that it's habit.

probably about 50% of the time.
the other 50% is split between "hon", "babe" or "homo"
yes...homo.
