Favorite place to get fabric scraps?

I want to make a bunch of reusable sandwich/snack bags both for us to use and as party favors for DD's b-day.  I was hoping to buy a bunch of scraps, rather than buying yards of fabric.  Anyone know where I can get nice-looking scraps that would be big enough for the bags?  thanks!

    I find great scraps at the GoodWill! I also find them in the scrap bins of Joanns and Hobby Lobby!

    Great, I'm headed to Joanns today to get flannel to make crayon rolls, I'll check it out!
