    I go with half a Unisom tablet unless my leg or back are bothering me, then it's a Tylenol PM night.   Either one makes a huge difference!   I'll still wake up, but I have a much easier time going back to sleep.

    I take it.  Doc said it was OK.  Even though doc said it's OK, I only take it about twice a week at the most.  I'm just being overly cautious.

    I am glad it works for someone, I took it twice this week and slept for 2 hours and was then up for the rest of the night...

    That's interesting as the sleep agent in Tylenol is the same sleep agent as in Benadryl.

    My doctor said I could take an occasional Unisom. But like PP, I only take half and only had to do that twice. It does the trick.
