Infant Pictures

When Olivia was born, we had pictures done at Babies R Us. They did a great job, and we got some great shots. Now, we want to do her 6 month pictures, but we want something a little more "artistic" and personal, rather than the "standard" shots at Babies.

Anyone have recommendations for photographers?

Ha! I just finished responding to someone else about this. Tonya with Wilson Whitaker Photography does an excellent job.

They shoot pretty much everything. Tonya has done infants and children, as well as prenatal. Not sure on the rates for the shoot but I've booked her for my family portraits in July. She's great! All digital and you get a DVD of the pics. I think they give a reproduction release too which lets you make your own copies if you wanted. Not all photographers give that. Hope this helps.

Ditto JM. But I think you'll have a hard time getting in soon. She is booking up SUPER fast since she's such a great photographer and not too expensive.
