BFing, no AF moms

Do you ever POAS randomly? 

I have no reason to think that I am pg, but I would still like that monthly smack in the face that screams NOT PREGNANT for sure.  So do you ever POAS just to be sure that you aren't 5 months pg or something?!

That said, my H might have a heart attack if I brought one of those puppies  home ;)

    I did when I was BF DS.  I didn't get AF until he was a year and I started weaning.  I was on the minipill but I know it's not as effective so I still POAS every few months.

    Yes, I did!  MH joked that I needed to buy them in bulk.  It just made me nervous not to have AF for an entire year.  And I had one month where I was sure I was pregnant and was super paranoid.  According to kellymom it is normal to have feelings like that while BFing but I was still freaked.

    I never did, but I was sure I wasn't ovulating.  It took me a long time to get pregnant the first time, so I wasn't worried about being fertile.

    14 months w/ no AF and I have POAS twice. I will probably do it periodically until I get AF.

    I just got my first pp period and no, I never did POAS.  BUT, that may have been because there wasn't a whole lot of sex going on around here.   In fact, I asked my DH what he would do if I got pg and he said we would have a little problem because he wouldn't be so sure it was his! 

    If our sex life was back to how it normally is, then I may have been tempted to POAS though.

    I did not get AF till DS was about 10 months.  I never POAS.  but not much sex.  I was on the mini-pill.  we used condoms and BF.  i think we were covered.

    Besides the eyes on Sam, they are all DH, so yes, I would never be able to get away with that.   My genes must be recessive. :)

    This.  DD is 10 mo, and still no AF.  With DS, it was about 9 months, and I never once thought about it.

    I do occasionally.  It just makes me feel a little better!  I'm on the mini-pill but I'm still really paranoid about getting pregnant.
