Water has a funny taste

The water I am drinking today (and every day) for some reason has a funny taste.  I poured myself a pitcher this morning to keep at my desk to sip throughout the day.  This morning the water was fine... now this afternoon the water has a funny taste (from the very same pitcher). 

Anybody ever experience this before.... I know it's not a big deal (I'm not worried.. I'm actually still drinking it.. LOL) - just curious if I was alone.

    I'm one of those people that won't drink "old" water.  If I take a glass of water to bed and don't drink it all by morning it has a different taste to me.  I've always been sensitive to taste, my husband thinks I'm crazy, he'll drink the same old water for several days.  Bleck!  I'm like the little girl in the movie Signs.

    LOL... I will not drink the same old water for days.  But I will drink old water from the same day... I like my water at a certain temp. too.. so I add ice... and wait for the ice to melt so that the water is not too cold or not too room temp.

     I guess we all have our quirks.. LOL

    I have noticed my water tasting a bit different...which really makes it hard for me to drink...so, I've been making crystal light to flavor it, without the sugar or calories!

    Me too.  I am having the hardest time drinking water these past two days.  And I am a HUGE water drinker...3-4 liters/day of filtered, room temp water.  But yesterday and today....it's never cold enough (even with ice) and just tastes "funny" to me.  Crying
