  not a headache, but my nose has bled more during pregnancy. Not major nose bleeds, but more blood when I blow my nose.From what i hear it is common.

  Me!  I had a nose bleed that lasted almost 45 minutes one time.  So, of course I called, and they said it was normal.  I get sinus headaches on a daily basis, too.  It really stinks!

  No sinus headaches, but I do have bloody noses often! I was actually just talking to a coworker and was so embarrassed because my nose started to bleed out of nowhere....so irritating. and everytime i blow my nose there are traces of blood.
