Britax Car Seats - which one?

Hi - I have been looking at the Marathon and Boulevard..does anyone have any feedback on which one they like better? Also, the best place to buy?

    We just bought the boulevard at BRU with coupons. We tested both the marathon and blvd and a few other brands. And decided on the blvd. We liked the padding, the head rest and the no-rethread feature. Dh said it was teh easiest to install and loved the features.

    I don't know from experience but Consumer Reports rates the Boulevard over the Marathon. It says the blvd is easier to use

    we have the marathon.  LOVE it.  easy to install, comfy for DS.  easy to move between cars.  very nice.

    we chose the boulevard because of the head wing side protection. I figure the safer the better.

    edit: We got ours at bru on sale...with 20% off coupon.

    Our Marathon shoudl be arriving today!  I ordered it at Buybuybaby.com witha 20% off coupon.  We don't actually ahve the store, but B B & B will order it for you in store and have it shipped to your house!  I paid $200 with S & H for a carseat athat BRU was charging 27. +tax & shipping

    We bought the Boulevard.  We liked the no-thread and DS liked sitting in it. 

    We used a 20% Bed Bath and Beyond coupon at Buy buy baby store.  I believe someone posted they went to a bed bath store and were able to order through buy buy and not pay shipping and handling.

     ETA: the side impact was also a big factor because I drive a little car.

    I have the Roundabout and will be buying the Marathon once the new baby is here. I prefer those two over the Decathlon and Boulevard versions. I've had them in my car for 4 years while I nannied and they were so easy to use and move, super comfy and safe. I hated how DD looked in the other seats when I tried her in them... at 6 months she looked like she was "out" of the Decathlon :(

    I have one of each.  I love them for different reasons.  I love the Marathon because I can change out the covers (their are so many available). Yeah, I'm that girl. I love my Blvd because I love not having to rethread the harness every time I need to move his straps. Becuase of the way it is designed it can be at the perfect height for him at every moment. You don't have specific slots it must be in.  Also, the Marathon you must re-thread the straps.  Both are a dream to install. Honestly, you can't go wrong with either.  The Blvd has more padding for a smaller baby because of the infant insert. The Marathon does not.  However, because of the "head wings' many larger children feel cramped has the get bigger.
