  the first choice doesn't roll off the tongue right for me.  I love the name Phoebe.  Have you seen the name analysis of it on Kabalarians.com?.  Great choice!

  I like option #2 .  I've always seen the middle name spelled Annabelle though.

  I prefer Phoebe Abigail. I think Phoebe Annabel runs together a bit when said out loud..
