He did not mention it (I have, of course, now googled it). All he said was that the ventricle was on the higher end of the acceptable range and they would check with another ultrasound in 4 weeks. Have you had experience with this?
At our 19 week ultrasound, dr found vent measuring slightly over 10 mm on our baby boy, and said it was most likely a normal variant. Genetic testing ruled out any chromosomal defect, blood tests showed I hwas no exposed to any infections, and a fetal MRI (our dr is very, very thorough) revealed no brain abnormalities. Went back for ultrasound about 3 weeks later & dr found vent was either the same or slightly smaller, which is good. So, dr will continue to check me; have another ultrasound in about 2 weeks (6/30).
