MIL AW

in 3rd Trimester

My MIL came over with my FIL for dinner and after dinner and dessert she rubbed my feet and my legs because they are jumpy.

Oh and the dessert they brought was freshly made vanilla ice cream and vanilla gelato and fresh local strawberries.

YUM........ AHHHHHHHHHHHHH?

    That was very sweet of her! If I didn't get super weirded out by people touching me I might be jealous.

    Well, I'm a little jealous of the dessert.

    I swear she's only become sweet on me since I announced I was carrying her grandchild. I think she'd thought her baby holding days were over and that I wasn't interested so now she's overcompensating.

    When she finds out that I'm happy to have her in the room when I deliver, I will hit the DIL motherload of all motherloads.

    She came loaded down with new baby books for me tonight in addition to magic hands and treats.

    Who knew I just needed to become a gestational host to win her over??

    Thats nice, my MIL has been begging for grandbaby since before i was even married.  She is thrilled and all, but she'd never rub my feet.  The dessert is more up her alley.

    Yum that sounds so good! Yes she did hit the DIL jackpot because there is no way in hell I would let my MIL in the delivery room!! Even if she did all that stuff!!

    And HOW in the world did you get such a great MIL. lol im jealous!

    mine isnt horrible but if they were here i wouldnt sit at all.. id be making the dessert, and cooking and standing up
