  Just be prepared that it may be watery when you defrost it.

  mashed potatoes are ok, but i would think potato salad would come out gross after unthawed!

  It has mayo in it, right? I don't think mayo is supposed to be frozen.

  I thought so, but I was hoping otherwise : (  I love homemade potato salad in the summer, it's just such an effort to make it
