where did you take your little one? Gabe is in need of a little trim, its not obscenely long, but neither of us likes long hair on boys, and though I love his baby curls, we should probably have it neatened up a bit....
of course, my salon is always an option...
thanks!
Re: first haircut
I took Payton to Bella&Max in Bothell Country Village this past weekend. They did a great job and its a super cute store. However, it's like $22... but you do get a complementary kiddie train ride afterwards.

We just took her last week for her first cut. We just went to the salon Jeremy and I go to - they put a smock thing on Jeremy and he held Mikayla while the stylist cut M's hair, and another stylist and I distracted M with all the shiny salon stuff. We pondered going to one of those places like in the Supermall with the fun airplane seats and stuff, but I figured M is too little to really sit still herself so we'd have to hold her regardless.
Take pics!! Mikayla looks so cute with her new 'do, and I swear her hair got 3x thicker since the cut.
Oh and here's M after her cut, she was SO happy! Hard to see in this pic but they did sort of an inverted bob, with the front longer than the back. It's cute!
DH wants to get DS a trim, but I'm like no way before his 1st birthday! The place that Kim mentioned is good. I also got DD a bang trim at Kids Zone at U Village. At both places they get to sit in a cute little car/plane, etc. And they are really good with the kiddos!
We go here too. It's a bit pricey but the chairs are animals, they have baskets of toys to keep the kiddos occupied, a tv for movies, and everyone there does mostly children so they are great with fidgety, crying, unhappy, happy kids.
There's a cute place in Covington called Kids cuts (maybe kidz Cutz?) but the kids get to sit in an airplane or a car, it would make for some cute first hair cut pics!
ETA: I just checked and apparently its called Kid Cuts
