yup, My worst time is dinner time and after.

I lost all my dinner right before bedtime last night.

Usually I feel ok in the am. by ok I mean low grade nausea  , then again I threw up this am....So I hope it goes back to just nighttime!

  • Loading the player...
  • I feel really nauseous all day long.  Usually by the time dinner time hits I can eat a full meal.
  • My worst time is first thing in the AM. The worst part is you have to go against EVERYTHING you've EVER learned about you're body (e.g. when you're sick don't eat so it won't irritate your stomach) because m/s is hormonal.

So, I wake up in the AM, take a shower. Get out. Puke. Eat some toast. Off to work. Feel OK (Just queasy all day). Go home. Eat dinner. Get sick at 7:00 EVERY night (no puking at this time, yet) and then go to bed miserable.

  • Mine is actually better this week, but it's mostly nausea all day.  It helps if I eat a little bit all day instead of just eating 3 big meals.

Really, I'm not sure if I feel better because m/s is going away or because I've learned how to tame it...

  • Just nausea.. pretty much all day long.. even drinking water makes me nauseated.. blah. Having puked yet. But the nausea is getting worse each week! (Ive known I was pg since 3w2d.. feels like FOREVER ago!!!)

    ...Eat some toast...

Now I want toast! LOL. My m/s: puke first thing in the morning. Eat oatmeal. Take half my anti-puke pill (I hate puking at work so I take it for that). Shower. Go to work. Feel nauseous and icky unless I eat EVERY HOUR. I start feeling normal sometime mid afternoon, and able to keep dinner down, no problem.

  • My m/s started at 6w3d at 3:00am on the dot! I was in the bathroom for 3 hours! So you bet the next day I did as much research on m/s as I could. I too found that eating small meals throughout the day (fruits, wholegrain breads, juice, and lots of water) helped - never have an empty stomach! What really helped was eating a small muffin and drinking a small glass of gingerale right before bed. sometimes I had to eat saltines in the middle of the night (dry mouth choking them down!) You'd find saltines in my car, my purse, the living room, and the nightstand.  It became very manageable! oh and the seaband ginger gum helped too. Starting around 8w3d it started to subside. Now at 9w2d i only have food aversions and dinner is the least exciting meal to me.  Still get occasional mild nausea. HANG IN THERE!

  • Mine is pretty much all day and it's usually the worst in the evening. Morning is by far the time I feel best.

Mine right now seems to be a heart-burny/gaggy feeling. It's fabulous, lol.

It's not all day, but it's early morning and then late afternoon/early evening. I have a break from around 10am - 3pm.

I haven't vomited, it's just a lot of nausea, food aversions, and feeling like my stomach turns every time I think about food, even though I get really hungry.

  • Mine would hit around 3pm and last until the late evening.  I felt like I had a bad hangover but never officially puked.

This is exactly how I feel. The only thing I can equate my m/s with is the day you start getting better from the flu...knowing that I'm not really going to puke (fingers crossed, haven't yet) occasionally feel hungry, but nothing is really appealing and my stomach is just sore like I've been sick. Ick!

This is pretty much exactly how I feel.  I have been eating saltines, mac and cheese, pb&J and rice krispies... that's pretty much it.  It's really sad because I love to cook and I can't even stomach thinking about it now :(

  • Me too! Feel ok in the mornings, and crappy for the rest of the day. I am not a puker in general, and have not yet puked, but have gagged on multiple occasions, because of my heightened sense of smell.
  • I feel miserable all day long. Either I am barfy, tired, or just cranky!!! ?Welcome to pregnancy.. lol

Hey, I added you as a friend. I have some more questions about the hospital if you have time!?

    THANKS!?
