Did your RE's suggest supplements of any kind? I'm thinking of getting Fertilaid or something similiar. I'm going to call my RE and ask if it's something she reccomends. Just curious what others have been told/tried.

My DH had a vasectomy reversal and the doctor put him on about 7 different supplements. I'd be happy to type it out, if you're interested.

I don't mind at atll!!

L-Carnitine 250mg
L-Arginine 500mg
Acetyl L-Carnitine 250mg
Co Q-10 100mg
Chelated Zinc (gluconate) 50mg
Folic Acid 400mcg
Multivitamin (any that contains Selenium)

All are once daily except for the multivitamin, that one he said to take only on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Oh, yeah -- I bought DH one of those elderly person pill organizers so he doesn't have to go into 7 bottles at a time. I pre-pour all of his doses for the week and he just has to take whatever is in that day's compartment. It makes it very easy for him, and I know he's taking what he's supposed to take.

This sounds like the exact thing my DH's doctor told him to do after his reversal..... I am sure this regimen is fairly common but I wonder if our DH's had the same doctor..LOL....
