  We use Bona Hardwood Floor Cleaner, which came highly recommended to me by some Nesties.

  I use orange glo. Works pretty good but it's the only thing I've ever tried. GL and yay for new houses!!

  Bruce Hardwood spray and a terrycloth mop. Sold at Home Depot in the flooring section.
