DH just ate a plum in the most annoying way possible

He just slobbered and slurped all over the smallest plum for 15 minutes and then put the entire pit in his mouth! Who does that? I really cannot stand eating noises, especially his. Anyone know what I mean?

    i am with you on that. I banned DH from eating cereal in front of me until he learns how to actually open his mouth and put the spoon in without slurping... ditto with soups as well.

    YES! DH and gulping milk! I can not stand it! When i see him pouring it, I usually go into our bedroom alone.  And don't get me started about his dad (my FIL) eating potato chips! AHHH!!!

    I think the worst is when I go away from him and then he follows me. That is when I REALLY get irritable. Why do guys have the need to make sure the world knows that they are eating? is it a territory thing?

    I totally get you...I am the same way.  Some people chew in just the right way that I swear it vibrates through their jaws...so annoying I have had to step away from them just so I don't (kidding here) slap them up side the head!!!  Glad I'm not alone.  Thanks for the post.

    I completely know what you mean!  When my H eats cereal - I need noise cancelling ear phones.  I have to glare at him and give him the evil eye to get him to hurry up.  Makes me Super Angry

    I can definitely relate! DH drinks from a glass and barely opens his mouth, so there is an annoying high-pitched sound! Drives me bananas!

    I'm glad I am not the only one who gives their H the evil eye for chewing too loudly!!! I HATE being able to hear people eat. I don't care what it is, if I can hear it it is like nails on a chalk board to me. I give H the look and he either puts down what he is eating or moves across the roomEmbarrassed

    oh I can't stand it when my H eats. It's just too much sometimes. I will throw things at him if it gets too bad.

    oh and him following me around the house, I just stop walking when he gets too "puppy-like" and make him run into me. I always jsut say "Is there something I can do for you? do you need to be in the same place at the same time as me, or are you just following me around" Usually he'll stop and go sit on the couch or something.
