It's 1:20am. He's off at two and a 20 min drive home. There's no guarantee i'll make it til he gets home! haha.
I try to be a nice wife. I really do. I try to make him happy to be married to me every day in some way, even if it's waking up at 3am when I went to bed at 10 to mumble incoherently to him about his day at work. :P
Its 4:26am here. I woke up about a hour ago to say by to DH before he went to work. And i offered to go get him a shirt today to wear to the baseball game. So i think i did my good deed for the day haha j/k.
This week is the first we've been on completely opposite shifts. I work 8am-5pm and he was working 4pm-2am and will be for the next two weeks. I bought him ice cream (his favorite) so that he could have it after a long day at work if I couldn't be awake for him. I do his laundry while he's gone and clean up the house.
He's such a good guy. It's silly, but I love knowing he'll smile when he sees his favorite drink in the fridge or favorite ice cream in the freezer when he gets home. :P
Sorry, i stepped away to take a shower. I have to get somewhat ready for work
It's nice of you to get the things he likes. I try to help DH but he is very independent so he likes to do alot himself. Ohh well, its the thought that counts.
DH and I arent on seperate shifts. But he works from 2:45am - ? (usually 3 or 4pm) and i work from 5:45 (at the earliest) and get off at 4 (the latest). So when i come home he already eats "lunch" and is napping until 7pm. We eat dinner and then pretty much go to bed for the night I'm hoping this will end soon, hahah.
Re: Princess
Thanks for asking. Dh is off in an hour and i'm trying my best to stay awake but my body is getting weak.
Your such a nice wife to stay awake and wait for your DH. What time is it there?

Have a good day. I think i'm going to go take a shower. He should hopefully be home about when i'm just getting into bed. IF he doesn't have overtime.
G'night...err good morning, have a god day!
