Have you washed your Britax seat cover?

DD is getting pretty dingy and all I have been doing is spot cleaning. I know it says not to, but has anyone machine washed their cover? Any other hints? TIA!

I don't have a britax but I have washed mine several times, just don't dry it.

Machine washed it but put in dryer on air, DD had the stomach flu and threw up all over it so we had no choice:) But it is fine.

It says not to wash it? What do you do when your kid has the stomach flu and pukes all over it?

I've washed mine about 5 times in 2 years. I wash it and hang it to dry and it's in perfect condition.

machine washed and hung to dry.. I was worried about shrinkage. both seats, squeaky clean and no shrinkage.

I *hate* hand washing. So I put it in the machine alone on gentle... And hung it to dry. No problems.

The underside is made of pretty cheap fabric. I wouldn't want to push my luck with washing on 'normal' drying too terribly often.

DD is potty training and had an accident on the way home one night. We washed it (front loader) on gentle and it was fine. Air dry though.
