Free prenatal yoga class

Hi Ladies,

Just wanted to share some info on a free prenatal class coming up at Dress for the Nines, a maternity boutique in Hillcrest. A friend and I checked it out the other day (super cute and surprisingly affordable on most stuff) and the owner told us that if the classes are popular she'll try to have them free every Sunday, which would be awesome!

Here's the info:

WHAT- FREE PRENATAL YOGA (taught by a Doula)

DATE-Sunday June 14th & Sunday July 19th

TIME-9:00am - 10:00am *all levels welcome, bring a mat or towel

You can find directions/contact info on their website, just google dress for the nines.

Oh, and no I don't work there, I just shopped there :)

    I take Prenatal Yoga at Mary Birch and my instructor told us she will be teaching this class at Dress for the Nines.  She is awesome!  Worth going to even if you had to pay, but it's FREE!  I really believe I've been feeling great during my pregnancy because of Yoga.  I'm hoping to attend, but busy Sunday.  Maybe next month.  Have fun!  Namaste.
