Babies: 0 - 3 Months
He's been home 2 hours and I'm ready to kill him
DH decided to work part of the day today for overtime. He got home at 2:30. I hadn't showered or gotten dressed yet because I waited for DD to nap so I could work out. Then she woke up and needed to eat, so I hadn't had a chance to shower yet.
So DH gets home and is annoyed that I'm not showered and ready to go because he wanted to go get a new cell phone. (None of this was planned - I knew I had to be ready by 6:00 when we're going to meet friends and they're kids.) So I rush to get ready. I asked him to pack the diaper bag so we could go as soon as I was done. He seemed annoyed that I asked him to do that and even said that it was a pain in the @ss after he did it. (Does he think it magically packs itself every time we go somewhere?) I had to go get the car, which was parked down the street b/c there were no spots when I got home last night. When I got back with the car, he is standing at the door and says he doesn't want to go anymore because he wants to cut his hair. He complained that he didn't get to do it before b/c he had to watch DD, yet was annoyed that I wasn't showered and ready to go because I was taking care of her all day.
They just don't get it.

You don't have diaper bag fairies do you? We do...

We also have bottle washing fairies.
Funny, they look just like me.
DH does this same type of thing sometimes.
Last week he called me right at my lunch time (and I was starving) and asked me to switch lunches with another girl so he could meet me. I thought it was sweet, so I switched. Then, he called me like 2 minutes later and said he didn't think he could make it. I got really mad. You don't mess with me and food.
