like bath time and swimming? I think I have a little fish on my hands b/c I think DS would stay in the tub for an hour playing with toys if I would let him. He got in the pool for the first time today and LOVED IT!
so far, she's mostly indifferent. She doesn't splash in the tub or make any noise. She likes when I pour water on her tummy, but otherwise she's just hanging out. We've tried teh pool 2x and mostly, she just likes watching the other kids. Last weekend, she fell asleep on me in the pool.
he loves the pool and the tub and screams like a mad man when i take him out of either. we have his kiddie pool sitting near the back door, and whenever we walk past it he tries to lunge out of my arms toward it -- he's insane!
dd loves the water. bathtime, swimming, all of it. i have never heard her laugh harder than when she is in the bathtub and dh squirts water from one of her toys at her.
you're going to think we're cruel, but from the very first bath we gave her, we have always made sure to get some water in her face to get her used to it. nothing she can gag on or anything, just a little bit. i'm convinced that's why she never cares when water gets in her face in the bath, like when we're rinsing her hair, or if she accidentaly face plants into the water in the pool.
Re: Does your DC like water?
Yep, she LOVES it. ? She could play forever in her bath, loved her water babies class and has no problem putting her head and face in the water. ?
I am convinced it is because she was born in the water (I had a water birth). ?

Do you mean baths/swimming or drinking. She loves playing in the water but drinking it is another story. She hates it. Won't drink it at all.
F/U I guess I should read the full post before answering. You clearly meant swimming/bathing.
