What are you getting DH/SO for Fathers Day??

It will technicly be his first and he won't be expecting it at all so I'm excited to give him a great gift. I know it sounds funny but we registered for a cool waffle maker for our wedding (the kind that turns 180 degrees) and we never got it and he's mentioned it often, esp on quiet Saturday mornings so I was thinking about getting him that. OR we just moved into a how and he still sweaps the driveway when he's done mowing so I thought about getting him a blower from Home Dept. I selfishly want to get him the waffle maker cause I'm craving them all the time, what do you think???

I found my husband the cutest card, it's "to my dad-to-be" and it says "here's some of the things we will have in common" and it has a You and a Me list. Some of the things are so cute like "I'll be fond of mommys chest, You're fond of mommys chest" "I'll like to play with toys, you like to play with toys" etc.

I got him a card for a "Dad to be" that basically tells him how great of a dad he's going to be. Other than that, I think I'm going to get him a What to Expect style book about baby's first year. He's so worried about not knowing what to do, and I think he'd feel better if he could research it.

He's getting a card with *hopefully* the results of our big u/s in it.

He's in Texas for Air Force Basic Training and will miss the u/s but I asked my doctor to do it "early" (he typically doesn't do it until 24-26 weeks) for me so I can take the results with me. I am going to have the results sealed, so I won't know until he opens his card & we find out together.

I'm just hoping for a good "money shot" lol

My DH is a huge Flyer's fan, and he's talked about how when our kid gets bigger, he's going to take them to play hockey. So I bought a baby flyer's tee and a dad-to-be card. I think he will be excited to imagine the baby wearing it!

We are sooo busy every weekend in June, but I'd really like to squeeze in taking him out for golf, at the very least a trip to the driving range. He hardly ever gets to go and we need a date day anyway. I'd like to go out to our favorite restaurant afterwards.

DH is a HUGE willie nelson fan. I found a cute little black willie nelson onsie and had them add rhinestones to girl it up for our LO. I think he will love it. plus I will probably make him breakfast in bed. I used to do that about every other weekend anyway, but for some strange reason I have been too tired. lol.
