Graco SnugRide in Jeep Stroller????

Anyone do this? When I read the reviews of the Jeep stoller when I registered someone wrote that this worked. Since my DH has the Snap and Go in the trunk of the car at work today, thought I'd try this to see if we can still go for a walk, but I don't think it's working. There are no instructions on how to get the carseat to stay in the Jeep stroller either, so I'm thinking it's a no go. If you got this work, please let me know. I've see others with it like this too at the pedi's office, but they could be different brands/models too. TIA!
If we have to stay in today, I guess we will but the sun is FINALLY shining here and I could use a walk to Target for a few things!

OK, I was thinking it was something like this.
Do you have the one that is green/grey? Because now when I look at it online it says the "next model up" is the one for the carseat to fit into, so maybe I can't do it after all. I will try the straps still. This is the one I have. Is it what you have?
