  • Usually, but he tends to roll off of it.

  • I do, but we have bamboo floors which stay cool, and of course hard.  I just purchased some of those foam floor mats too.  Great deal on Amazon, $15 for 24 sq ft.  Hope they do their stuff?

  • I always did so if she spit-up on it I could just throw it in the wash and the carpet stayed clean. Now that she is crawling I don't. The blanket we used most was a fleece no-sew blanket so it was soft and the fringe edge was fun for her to play with.
  • Ditto above.  We would start off on a blanket but then he would roll, roll, rollllll halfway across the room!  lol  {sigh}  I miss those days.  ;)
  • When she was little and basically immobile, yes. Now, no. She's all over the place.

  • No but I vacume the area rug he plays on every other day. If he has been sick I put down a blanket because that way he doesn't spit UP on the floor.

    ditto this

  • We used to put a car track rug down during play time, but once he started walking it just tripped him up, so we don't bring the rug out anymore.
