Would like your OPINION on pedi-style (feet).

Ok ladies.... I'm going to get my toes done before I go into work and was wondering what y'all thought. I got this color (OPI Italian Love Affair).

***these are NOT my nails (she got butchered) or my pic***

I was thinking of doing them 2 different ways... french tips or the full nail. If I do french tips, I can grow them a little longer because you won't see the huge gap of color to the cuticle (aka: When Web gets here, I probably won't have time/want to go get my toes done very soon).

What do you think?!?!?

I'm not a huge fan of the french tip style on toes, for some reason. At least not on me

I like the color! I'm a pink fan...

I'm getting french pedi today though - for the exact reason - I can let it grow a little longer and clip off a little bit of the ends..and it still "looks" like they're done!

i think french on toes = gross looking... like your toe nails are way too long and need to be cut....

Last weekend I got a hot pink for fun on my toes even though I usually do french. I love them! Go for color!

Seriously, French looks stupid on my little stub-toes, so I'd go with full color. But then again, maybe you have sexy, slender toes that look great with a french!

I went yesterday...did full nails and just made sure I had them use my own nail polish so I can make my DH paint if they start growing out too fast. Haha.

Although I love light pink on toes, I'm not a super-fan of matte nail colors. If it had a teensy bit of shimmer (and maybe it does and isn't coming through in the photos), I'd love it. It looks a bit like my favorite OPI toe color Nomad's Dream.

I'd do French tips. Like you said, you can grow them a little longer, and that color would look so good with white!

I also vote French. I actually love the way it looks. I think it makes my feet look smaller and it just looks really neat/put together IMO. Plus, it seems to last longer for the reasons you mentioned.

I was a manicurist throughout college so of course I must give an opinion..

If your planning on using Italian Love Affair as your 'base/pink' coat with your french than my opinion is that it's too opaque. Italian Love Affair is thick and does tend to peel. I'd go with the solid ILA color.

I also don't care for french on toes...but that's a nice light color that won't show as much once it grows out. AND you can always have an excuse to get out of the house and get a pedi once baby Web has arrived!
