I just got a call from our SW and our baby's 2nd blood test will be done on MONDAY instead of on the 24th! And results should be back within 5-7 days (or sooner!). I am literally shaking! Please keep all fingers and toes crossed that results are negative!
P.S. If you have any ideas of first names that go along with Elizabeth, please let me know! DH & I have never been able to come up with a bunch of girls names that we liked and of course the one we really did like the BM hates!
Re: XP: Holy cow!!
That's wonderfully exciting and good news!
I'm so happy for you! I will pray that the results are negative, and that you are united with your healthy baby girl in no time.
Are you looking for a more traditional name, or something more modern?
My new niece is name "Claire Elizabeth"
HOW EXCITING!! I am sure you are over the moon excited.
YIPPEE!!! That is so great! Here's a few extra girl's names that we did not end up using since BM specified a middle name:
Mallory, Brooke, Lilian, Vanessa, Mia
I love, love, love the name Mallory and think it's kind of uncommon these days, but it just didn't work out for us.
How exciting! I will hope for negative results too.
Elizabeth was our top name choice for a girl. She would have been Elizabeth Grace or Elizabeth Clara. You could reverse those if you don't like Elizabeth as a first name.
Great news!!!! Congrats!!
As for girls names....are you more into traditional or unusual? What names have been shot down?
I will forsure keep you and baby in my thoughts!!!
Names...
Emily Elizabeth
Autumn Elizabeth
Ashleigh Elizabeth
Aubree Elizabeth
Langston Elizabeth
Payton Elizabeth
Grace Elizabeth
Alexandra Elizabeth
I like "old" names:
Annie
Celeste
Rose
Grace (or even Gracie)
Chloe
Sophie or Sofie(but I dont care for SophiA)
Oh my goodness, how exciting! Fingers and toes crossed!
I love thinking of names. Let's see:
Rachel, Ava, Anna, Brynn, Caitlin, Claire, Donna, Faith, Grace, Hannah, Hope, Norah, Quinn, Sarah, Monica, Sonya
That's all I got. Hopefully you'll get to use one SOON!
Congrats!
I just pulled out our name list. If H had of been a girl his middle name was going to be Ellie. I love that name but makes no sense with Elizabeth unless that was her nickname.
Our others were Sophie, Mikaela, Adeline, Isabella. I also like Quinn, Leighton. I like to balance names. For a girl, Holden would have been really masculine, so I wanted a feminine middle name. For Elizabeth, I like something strong sounding. Have fun! You can lurk on the names board too.?
there is a name board?? holy cow. where have I been? ::scurries off to find board:::
