I went to our local grocery store salad bar, and decided to get some stuff from the olive bar - so I have a "salad" of artichokes, roasted red peppers, marinated mushrooms, and feta cheese. Then I got a ciabatta roll with some hummus.

OMG, it is so good.

p doesn't like anything on that list except feta. But I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Odd thing is, my kitchen's theme is olives and I hate olives. I think they are pretty though.
