I can't wear flip flops, I have a couple pairs of ballet flats but I need something like a dressy sandal that is COMFORTABLE, any suggestions?

We're not supposed to wear flip flops...but I have been for the past 2 weeks, and nobody has said anything...so I plan to keep wearing them. Before I was wearing the ballet flats/slippers..but they make my feet hot and sweaty, and then they swell more.

Flip flops are not part of our dress code but I've been wearing them every day for the last month and a half. Who's going to say anything to a 9 month pregnant lady about her shoes??

Exactly this. No one has said anything and if/when they do I'll tell them my feet are too swollen for anything else. The 19th is my last day so I'm assuming no one really cares to say anything.

I've been wearing open-toed wedges, but with a low heel, like 1.5 inches. They're dressy and the open-toe provides ventilation.

I'm still wearing my heels. Not super fun walking around downtown San Francisco (especially with our dive-bombing bird), but all of my pants are cut for heels and I'm too cheap to have them hemmed.

We have a fairly casual dress policy at my firm, so I've been wearing Birkenstocks most of the time. I have a pair of black shoes and a pair of brown shoes with heels that I can still wear, but if I wear jeans I always wear the Birkenstocks.
