B-day AWing inside

I usually hate b-days. I think because I was the youngest of 6 we never did anything for them and I always secretly wanted to..

Luckily now JLKs godmothers in 2 yrs and 2 days younger than me and LOVES her b-day so we just concentrate on her.

But since this was a milestone Tony asked what I wanted to do..So I said a big ole park BBQ and a night out at the bars because I thought that would be hilarious and I could be designanted driver for everybody..

But life..aka work...got the best of Tony and he didnt do anything till last week. No worries really, but secretly I was kinda bummed since I got my hopes up (why I hate my b-day)

All of my friends and family called and sent Happy b-day messages which made me feel special

He tried so hard to make it a great b-day though which really is the best gift from your DH right!?!

He got me 4 cards, one that was a talking George W card :):)

He planned a impromptu bbq with our bestest friends and then yesterday worked a long arse day and still came home and took JLK out for a nice dinner.

And got me a awesome portable navigator thing which I will get a ton of use out of!

Then he said he has 10 years to prep for the next birthday (we choose not to do anything big for b-days). And I thought that was so romantic...I know we are married but I love the commitment comments.

ANd JLK gave me hugs and kisses and a onsie for Miracle. And Miracle did some fun movement!
