Pregnant after 35

Has anyone ever changed ob/gyns during the second trimester

For scheduling reasons I did not want to go with the person my mother and sister go to. I am no thinking of going to them for a second opinion on something because I'm not sure about the woman I am going to now.  I am now unemployed and have a more flexible schedule. Am I crazy?

  • I changed OB's just last week.

  • Nope!  I changed 3 times!

My first one was pregnant too and was so absent minded.  So I switched to a younger woman for 2 appts.  I have since decided to switch to the midwives at UCLA because I want a  more personal experience when I deliver.

    I did because I moved. I wouldn't say you're crazy.
  • I'm seriously considered making a move. I love my ob/gyn but the practice doesn't have priveledges at a hospital where I am starting to think I should deliver. I live 3 minutes from a very good hospital but, thinking I should deliver at a hospital with a better NICU in case there are complications with the babies.
