Hi ladies, I was one of the unfortunate ones today who is experiencing some mild brown spotting. I have seen a lot ladies recommend to drink water, even my doctor recommended it today when I spoke to her. Why is it recommended? I am just curious to why it is supposed to help. Thanks, as always!
Re: Why is drinking water recommended when experiencing spotting?
I think it's just to make sure you're staying hydrated because not only are you and your baby using the same water resources, but now you're bleeding as well which will take more water to replace the blood you're losing.
This, of course, is just my guess.
That.
