I started charting this cycle and my thermometer broke and I just realized it this morning, on CD 5. The thermometer I purchased is supposed to store the last reading, so I would take my temp, go back to sleep and then check the thermometer to get the reading once I was up. Well, the readings were exactly the same, which I thought was strange. So this morning, I remembered my temp, turned off the thermometer and voila - my reading from the other days popped up, not my actual temp, which means that it's not correctly storing my readings and I have a few days of readings I'm unsure about. This mornings reading is the only one I have confidence in...
Since it's so early in my cycle, do you think I will have enough info to id ovulation? I'm thinking that it will be ok ... but I wasn't sure and wanted some input. I'll keep going, but just didn't know how much confidence I should have in my chart now ...
Thanks!
Re: thermometer broke and screwed up charting ... continue?
to OP, cd5 is so early it shouldn't even matter. just get a new bbt and start tomorrow. good luck!
