I know this is crazy but I am so nervous that she will come out a he! I wouldn't be mad that I had a boy at all but all of the clothes, blankets, towels, it's all girly! Her room is pink and purple, the bedding, curtains, lamp, pack and play...EVERYTHING! I cant stop thinking about it! It would suck to have all that girly stuff and then end up having a boy! Is anyone else worried about this?
Re: Is anyone worried that they were told the wrong gender?
No.
We were VERY sure based on my u/s's.
We got a good view of her on the u/s, enough that we are confident it's a girl. I personally am not too worried.
I would also be seriously pissed if they were wrong, though! Her room is all pink and we have so much girly stuff for her!

I am so scared- I paid to have a 3D u/s done for this reason, and the LO was not cooeprating.
grrr...
No. I have had 2 sono since the Big u/s. My doctor always shows me the "evidence".
I'm not worried. Well, I think about it an, "oh no, we have so much pink! What if they were wrong?" sort of way, but I feel pretty confident.
We had our big ultrasound at 19 weeks, and the tech told us she was "very sure" -- and I saw the three little lines.
We had another ultrasound last week, and that tech also confirmed that it was a girl.

This! No worries here either! Otherwise, I probably would be though.
me to.. we got a great pic showing the goods but doc said in the report they said it was a female but there is no way!! But she said they never even put the gender in the report and to go with what the tech said!
Also, good job bumping something so old. For real.
I blame it on the search function working. It's so helpful, but I think some newbies don't understand that a lot of us have the page sorted by most recent.
I have 3 boys at home and was convinced #4 was going to be a boy too. I didn't believe it when they said she was a girl and continued to think boy until she was born (yesterday at 36 weeks) I feel silly for not believing the million ultrasounds I had, but at the same time, 3 boys, I did not expect a girl at all lol
Edit: just saw this was old
