    for my sisters shower i made cinnamon rolls and put them in little bags that said, "bun in the oven"..she LOVES cinnamon rolls though!

    I once helped throw a shower where we sent people home with little notes tied to seashells that had prayer requests from the mom-to-be- very sweet!

    I wouldn't waste a ton of money on any trinkets, some of my favorite favors are things you can eat or use every day. Michaels sells big wooden shapes, and for a wedding I painted a bunch of different beach themed ones, and made magnets, and I still get comments about how great they were.

    Candy/cookies are always good too!

    welcome hun!  I'm waiting to see you're new pic ;)  I never got the email...

    I agree with the pp that edible favors of something you can use (candles, soap, etc) are better b/c then it's not a waste of money.  I love the bun in the oven idea!  On one of the sites I sent you there is a cin. bun candle that comes in an oven box, SO CUTE!  and I happen to love the smell of cin. buns!

    Here are a few pictures of the party favors I've made so far. I own a rubber stamp company and I wanted to make my own favors. LOL! :-) I still have more magnet animals to make and then I'm also making gable boxes. :)

    Oh, I also wanted to share the party prizes that we got! So Cute!! We are playing bingo, the diaper game, and then a game where people have to use our baby's name and come up with as many words as they can out of it. LOL! :) We bought the prizes from this website. https://www.partypail.com/

    I just finished all of the favors for my BFF's shower - I did little soaps with a tag that reads "From Amy's shower to yours, Thank you for coming!"
