Ok, 2 kids in 2 years has just not been kind to my midsection. I've lost all the weight from both PGs, and I look fine in clothes/all my old clothes fit, but there is some loose skin/a pooch there that wasn't before. I'm not sure how to get rid of it since general exercising/eating healthy doesn't seem to be working. Any specific ab exercise recs? How much? How often?

I have a couple of DVDs that I like. My favorite one is a 10 Minute Rapid Results Pilates. It's divided into 10 minute work-outs that focus on one particular area of the body (abs, legs/butt, arms, total body) in each session. If you're pushed for time you can only do one or two, or you can do all of them.
It's very easy to follow, the instructor is pretty thorough with her instructions.
I would love to actually do a class, but the way my schedule is it's hard.

Planks!!! Co18 swears by them and I do them in my pilates class as well as at home.
I feel the burn like mad after one minute and it takes a bajiliion crunches or situps to feel that same burn.
